Processing. Orders are packed and shipped from our U.S. warehouse within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery. Standard shipping arrives in 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS, depending on your address. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Free shipping. Shipping is free on all orders over $100. Orders under $100 ship at a flat standard rate calculated at checkout.

International. We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is on the roadmap — join The Brotherhood newsletter and we’ll tell you the moment your country comes online.

Tracking. Your tracking link updates within 24 hours of shipment. If it hasn’t moved in 5 business days, email us with your order number and we’ll chase it down.

Damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement on us — no return required.
