Shipping policy

 

At The Dawn of Good, we specialize in fresh, high-quality skincare products. Because our products are made-to-order and fulfilled through our specialized lab, our shipping process includes two stages: Fulfilment (preparation) and Shipping (transit).

1. Delivery Time = Fulfilment + Shipping

To estimate when your order will arrive, please add the fulfilment time to the shipping time for your region.

Stage 1: Fulfilment Time

This is the time it takes for our lab to prepare and pack your order.

  • 1–20 products: 2 business days

  • 21–100 products: 7 business days

Stage 2: Shipping Time (Transit)

Once fulfilled, your order is handed to the carrier. Below are the estimated transit times:

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery address. We use weight-based pricing to ensure you receive the most accurate rate possible.

  • Small items (Serums, Oils, Creams): Generally 80g – 150g

  • Medium items (Cleansers, Toners): Generally 200g – 300g

  • Large items (Body/Hair Care): Generally 500g – 700g

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey.

4. Important Notes

  • Customs & Duties: For international orders (outside the EU/US), please note that customers are responsible for any local customs fees, taxes, or duties.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • VAT: All shipping prices displayed during checkout are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
